Across Europe, e-invoicing is becoming mandatory: France from September 2026, Germany in 2027-2028, Spain right behind, and the whole EU by 2030 with ViDA. With Coloé, your invoices flow directly from your signed contracts — structured to the European EN 16931 standard, with no double entry and no extra tool.
And because issuing isn’t enough: unpaid invoices are chased automatically, with controlled escalation — from a courteous reminder to a formal notice sent by registered electronic mail, without leaving Coloé. Frequently asked questions
Is my data safe?
Yes. Coloé is hosted in Europe on secure infrastructure: every firm has a strictly isolated space, documents are encrypted, and your data is never resold or used to train AI models.
Where does the information in my documents come from?
From your real exchanges: your ATS data (Jarvi first), your emails, and the transcripts of your video calls with clients and candidates. Coloé extracts the contractual elements — position, fees, terms — and agents put them into shape. You always validate before anything is sent.
Does Coloé replace my ATS or CRM?
No — and it doesn’t intend to. Coloé is neither an ATS nor a CRM: your candidates, clients and pipeline stay in your tool. Coloé plugs into it and takes over where it stops: the contract cycle — contracts, review, signature, follow-ups — and invoicing.
Do I need to be a Jarvi customer to use Coloé?
No. Jarvi is our priority integration — your assignment data is reused directly — but Coloé also works on its own.
Is the electronic signature legally valid?
Yes. Every signature comes with a full audit trail (timestamp, identity, document fingerprint) that gives it evidential value.
Can I use my own document templates?
Yes. Start from the templates provided by Coloé or import your own Word templates — layout, clauses and variables included. Either way, every generated document is branded to your firm: your logo, your colors, your identity.
How much does Coloé cost?
Coloé is free for the entire private beta. Pricing will be announced at launch, with a 14-day free trial and preferential terms for beta participants.
What about the e-invoicing mandates?
E-invoicing is becoming mandatory across Europe — France (2026-2027), Germany (2027-2028), Spain (2027-2028), and EU-wide by 2030 with ViDA. Coloé invoicing is available from the beta — whatever your model: success fee, deposit and balance, time & materials or retainer — and electronic issuing to the European EN 16931 standard arrives in January 2027, ahead of the deadlines.
